LAWRENCE, KANSAS, Updated March 21, 2024 at 6:33 PM, CST—
On March 19th, 2024, I spoke at Lawrence, Kansas, City Commission, even after the City blocked me from their Facebook page. No biggie. Hope they unblock me soon, because I am filing a Civil Suit against City Manager Craig Owens, now that I know he is part of it.
The purpose of my Public Comment, while there was to tell everyone that I am filing a civil suit for the violation of my federally and state protected Traumatic Brain Injury disability rights, and that my main targets are people and organizations in my birth hometown of Lawrence, Kansas.
I was the first in line for Public Comment, because I politely would let no one stop me.
The reason I brought the blanket in the video below is to prove to people that Brain Injury Awareness is being stonewalled, especially against me, perhaps the most important person in World History in representing Brain Injury Civil Rights, in regards to protecting TBI people who are abused, neglected, and exploited. I have even been retaliated against numerous times. It doesn’t matter who does it. I have disability rights.
But, after hearing the opening Proclamation of Women’s History Month, it needed some remedial clarification, and what a better way to resolve the issue of neglecting Brain Injury Awareness than by my own history of such a horrible injury.
And, I honestly forgot during the Public Comment that I am filing a Civil Suit. The Kansas Attorney General’s Office told me to go the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. The Kansas Disability Rights Center told me to go to Kansas Legal Services, because they did not feel comfortable even acting as a standby attorney in my disability rights case; however, they did help me with materials on how I can do it myself, but not much.
So, you see, I am a man alone, as I often am, anyway, because people are too wicked to handle me, even though I, too, fall short of the glory of God.
See the video below for yourself.
